SOFTWARE PRODUCTS MANAGER   (2009 - 2011)

CIBER, Inc. - Vancouver, WA
Responsible for development, delivery, and maintenance of web based and content management applications for State and Local Government clients. Managed ongoing software development and delivery in a Microsoft .Net and ASP / SQLServer environment. Managed datacenter operations and SLAs, server and software maintenance, product roadmaps and upgrades, sales, client relationships, training, technical support, contract management, and P&L for 15 state Labor, Economic Analysis, Workforce Development and Employment Security departments

Responsible for project and related Information Technology services delivery and management of the Vancouver State and Local Government branch office. Responsible for oversight of all project management and delivery related activity in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Developed and managed project plans for new application features and system upgrades. Worked with local, state, city, and Federal government agencies to identify business opportunities. Developed opportunity evaluation processes and provided technical solution recommendations. Responsible for development and maintenance of a suite of applications that automated the capture, tracking, and collation of radio airplay statistics for all genres music and generate industry reports data used by the radio, music, and television industries and ultimately applied to generate the “Hot 100” and other music charts for Billboard Magazine
